Vazquez Construction Services, LLC is a family-owned and operated subcontractor construction company serving Central Florida. We work on clients’ projects in Polk County, Orange County, Osceola County, and Hillsborough County. Our team of construction experts has been working in the industry for over 20 years. With our seasoned, hands-on experience and exceptional workmanship, we provide quality results and outstanding service in a timely manner on nearly any type of project. We specialize in various construction services essential to commercial and residential structures, such as framing and drywall. You can depend on our team for new construction projects, renovations, and many other job types.
Luis has always had a passion for construction. He had a vision of being an entrepreneur at an early age. After Luis married, he started a position at a company installing suspended ceilings, aluminum doors and windows. After he moved to Florida in 2004, he began working for a prestigious construction company for the next 15 years. In 2019, his desire to establish his own company became a reality by forming Vazquez Construction Services, LLC with his wife and five children by his side.
Luis’ wealth of experience and understanding of the industry, as well as his hands-on leadership, makes him a valuable asset to the construction team. With over 20 years of hands-on experiences in all aspects of construction—from new construction to renovations—he can do it all. Luis has extensive knowledge of the costs and code compliance to ensure Vazquez Construction Services, LLC continually builds on the success and reputation achieved among our clients.
Estimator/ Project Manager
Diego has a keen eye for construction. His knowledge and experience has earned the position as Project Manager of Vazquez Construction Services. With over 12 years of experience, Diego oversees the company’s commercial projects, supervising all aspects of the field operations while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential construction. Jorge obtained an associate degree from Polk State College in 2016. He left his venture as an independent subcontractor to join forces with his family to create Vazquez Construction Services, LLC. He has extensive construction management experience in new construction, renovations, and restoration.
Juan achieved an extraordinary perceptive for carpentry at an early age. Juan’s 10 years of construction experience enables him to successfully manage, coordinate, and oversee Vazquez’s onsite construction team while at the same time ensuring quality standards are met.
Rogelio serves as Superintendent for Vazquez Construction Services. He monitors and ensures onsite safety compliance. Rogelio procures all materials and equipment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Anabel oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include the direction of all financial and accounting system activities, including accounting, job cost accounting, and accounts receivable. She is a graduate of Florida Southern College Class of 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting.
Assistant Office Manager
Kayleigh’s previous experience as Assistant Office Manager in various industries makes her a valuable asset to the team. She graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Kayleigh oversees all aspects of payroll, accounts payable, marketing and assists in job costing.
